After you acquire your account link, you can post it anywhere legal: MSN, e-mail, blog, forum, etc.
After someone creates a character through your link, and the character reaches level 60, you will be awarded an experience bonus. The more friends you have, the more prizes you will get. However, you can only claim up to 3 bonuses everyday.
